Nicolas C. Solari (M.H.C.I.M.A, C.H.A) is a seasoned hospitality professional by heart, from Lausanne, Switzerland, who started his career in the family restaurant.
He has served for over 20 years in some of the world's renowned hotel corporations such as the Hyatt Hotels, Moevenpick, Radisson and Gloria Hotels in Asia.

He has been successful in integrating multiple cultures and dynamically developing local nationals to executive level positions.

Bearing a positive outlook in life, and fervor for his chosen profession, he has received various commendations for his works, becoming an inspiration to his fellow hoteliers.

Hotel Nikko Dalian include 372 Deluxe rooms & Suites, 3 restaurants , 3 bars, banquets & meeting facilities for more than 1000 persons, Offices towers and serviced apartments

More recently the OPENING MANAGER RESORT HOTEL & CONGRESS CENTER for the Maritim Royal Peninsula Hotel & Resort and the Maritim Sharm El Sheikh International Congress Center.

Nicolas welcomed members of the International conference held in Sharm El Sheikh international congress center on 2nd-4th of May for reconstruction of Iraq, including several prime and foreign minister, ambassadors and political figures such as the president of UN, US secretary of state, president of the arab league.

Previously the Hotel General Manager of the beautiful MS Viking Century Sky, cruising the waters of the "Mighty Yangtze River" in the heart of China, Nicolas is responsible for all aspects of the hotel's Operations and Asset Management.
Upon joining this new Sino-Swiss Joint venture, he was at the helm in coordinating the hotel's excellent design, the conceptualization of the galley and the opening process.

Aside from his brilliant work on the Viking Century Sky, Nicolas is also credited for the opening of first the vessels in China for Viking River Cruises.

Nicolas is since 1999 in China, where he was part of the team who receive the award for the first five star deluxe Resort in China,
for Gloria Resort International, Yalong Bay.
He than open another property on the island of Hainan,
the Palm Beach Resort & Spa, Sanya

Nicolas speaks English, French, Italian, Spanish and German fluently and is fair in using Mandarin in his work.

Well-educated and forward-thinking, Nicolas Solari's talents are reflected in his personal and professional lives. His professional skills range from Training & Development to Team Building, to Guest Relations, Concept Development to Strategic Management, Retention Marketing & Loyalty Programs to Financial Controls & Revenue Generation, and of course Renovation & Project Management to Food & Beverage and Rooms Management.
